In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and sauté until translucent. Stir in refried beans and half of the cheddar cheese. Season with salt and mix until heated through.

Assemble the Enchiladas
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Take a corn tortilla, fill it with a portion of the bean and cheese mixture, and roll it up tightly. Place seam side down in a greased baking dish. Repeat for all tortillas.

Pour the chile sauce evenly over the rolled enchiladas. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
