Cook the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, and sauté until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Add the chicken breasts, salt, and black pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes on each side until the chicken is browned.

Shred the Chicken
Remove the chicken from the skillet and place it on a cutting board. Use two forks to shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Return the shredded chicken to the skillet, mixing it well with the BBQ sauce.
