Remove any excess fat from the pork belly or skin. Cut into small, bite-sized pieces or strips.
- 2
- 3
Heat the Oil
In a large, deep skillet or frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat until hot (around 350°F or 175°C).
- 4
Fry the Pork
Carefully add the seasoned pork pieces to the hot oil in small batches. Fry until they puff up and turn golden brown, about 3-5 minutes.

Using a slotted spoon, remove the pork rinds from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
