Salad Preparation

Prepare the Brisket
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Rub the brisket with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Cook the Brisket
Add beef broth to the pot and cover it. Place in the oven and cook for about 3-4 hours, or until tender.

Prepare the Salad
Wash and chop the Romaine lettuce, and place it in a large salad bowl. Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the bowl.

Assemble the Salad
Add croutons, grated Parmesan cheese, and Caesar dressing to the salad. Toss to combine and season with black pepper to taste.

Once the brisket is done, slice it thinly and serve on top of the Caesar salad.
