In a slow cooker, place the beef brisket and season it with smoked paprika, brown sugar, black pepper, and salt. Add sliced onions and minced garlic on top.

Pour the beef broth over the brisket and cover the slow cooker. Cook on low for 8 hours or until the brisket is tender.
