Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Brisket

Season the beef brisket with salt and pepper. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and roast the brisket for about 3-4 hours until tender.

  2. 2

    Cook the Ribs

Season the pork ribs with salt and pepper. Wrap them in foil and place them in the oven alongside the brisket for about 2-3 hours. Remove the foil and brush with BBQ sauce, cooking for an additional 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Sides

While the brisket and ribs are cooking, prepare your chosen sides. Cook the mac & cheese according to package instructions, and mix the potato salad ingredients together in a bowl.

  4. 4

    Serve

Once everything is cooked, slice the brisket and serve on a platter with the ribs. Provide the buns, BBQ sauce, and sides on the table along with napkins and silverware.
