Prepare the Ribs
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Trim excess fat from the ribs and pat them dry with paper towels.

Season the Ribs
In a small bowl, combine salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Rub this spice mix all over the beef ribs.

Bake the Ribs
Place the seasoned ribs in a roasting pan, bone side down. Add water and apple cider vinegar to the pan. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 3 hours.

Rest and Serve
Remove the ribs from the oven and let them rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with extra barbecue sauce on the side.
