Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ribs

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Trim excess fat from the ribs and pat them dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Season the Ribs

In a small bowl, combine salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Rub this spice mix all over the beef ribs.

  3. 3

    Bake the Ribs

Place the seasoned ribs in a roasting pan, bone side down. Add water and apple cider vinegar to the pan. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 3 hours.

  4. 4

    Apply Barbecue Sauce

After 3 hours, remove the foil and brush the ribs generously with barbecue sauce. Return to the oven uncovered and bake for an additional 30 minutes at 350°F (175°C) until caramelized.

  5. 5

    Rest and Serve

Remove the ribs from the oven and let them rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with extra barbecue sauce on the side.
