Chicken Wings

Method

Preparing the Chicken Wings

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. 2

    Prepare the Wings

In a large bowl, mix the chicken wings with salt, black pepper, and baking powder until evenly coated.

  3. 3

    Arrange on Baking Sheet

Place the seasoned wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat.

Cooking the Wings

  1. 4

    Bake the Wings

Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are crispy and cooked through.

Making the Buffalo Sauce

  1. 5

    Melt the Butter

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the stick of unsalted butter.

  2. 6

    Combine Ingredients

Once melted, remove from heat and stir in hot sauce, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.

Coating the Wings

  1. 7

    Toss Wings in Sauce

Once the wings are done baking, transfer them to a large bowl and pour the buffalo sauce over them. Toss until the wings are fully coated.

Making the Ranch Dressing

  1. 8

    Mix the Ingredients

In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, dill weed, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth.

  2. 9

    Chill the Dressing

Refrigerate the ranch dressing for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Serving

  1. 10

    Serve the Wings

Serve the buffalo chicken wings hot with the chilled ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
