Method

Steak Preparation

1

Season the Steak

Sprinkle salt and black pepper evenly on both sides of the hanger steak.

2

Sear the Steak

In a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add the seasoned hanger steak. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or adjust to your preferred doneness.

3

Rest the Steak

Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing.

Eggs Preparation

4

Heat the Pan

In a non-stick skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

5

Cook the Eggs

Crack the eggs into the skillet, being careful not to break the yolks. Cook for 3-4 minutes for sunny-side up, or flip for over-easy eggs. Season with salt and pepper.

Brunch Potatoes Preparation

6

Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and dice the potatoes into small cubes.

7

Season the Potatoes

In a bowl, toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well coated.

8

Cook the Potatoes

Spread the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 425°F (220°C) for about 25-30 minutes or until crispy and golden brown, flipping halfway through.

9

Garnish the Potatoes

Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
