Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Secret Sauce
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, pickle relish, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika until well combined. Set aside.
- 2
Cook the Burger Patties
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Form into two equal patties. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until the desired doneness is reached.
- 3
Melt the Cheese
During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cover to melt.
- 4
Prepare the Buns
Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.
- 5
Assemble the Burger
Spread a generous amount of Russell's secret sauce on the bottom half of each bun. Place the cooked burger patty with melted cheese on top, followed by lettuce, tomato slices, and onion slices. Add the top half of the bun.
- 6
Serve with Fries
Serve the burger with a side of shoestring fries either on the plate or on top of the burger for added crunch.
