Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook the Linguine

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the linguine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Shrimp

In a bowl, combine the shrimp, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat. Dredge each shrimp in grated Parmesan cheese, pressing gently to adhere.

  3. 3

    Cook the Shrimp

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the Parmesan crusted shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

  4. 4

    Make the Spinach Cream Sauce

In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the fresh spinach and cook until wilted. Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.

  5. 5

    Combine and Serve

Add the cooked linguine to the skillet with the spinach cream sauce and toss to coat. Plate the linguine and top with the Parmesan crusted shrimp. Serve immediately.
