    Prepare the Leeks

    Chop the leeks into thin slices. Rinse them thoroughly to remove any dirt or grit.

    Sauté the Leeks

    In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped leeks and sauté for about 8-10 minutes, or until they are soft and translucent. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

    Prepare the Crepes

    If using homemade crepes, prepare them according to your favorite recipe. If using store-bought, warm them in a skillet or microwave.

    Assemble the Crepinette

    Place a spoonful of the melted leeks on each crepe. Top with a generous dollop of fig preserves. Fold the crepe over or roll it up to enclose the filling.
