Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. 2

    Clean the Mushrooms

Gently wipe the Portobello mushrooms with a damp cloth to remove any dirt. Remove the stems and set aside.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Cheese Filling

In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, chopped parsley, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until fully combined.

Stuffing the Mushrooms

  1. 4

    Fill the Mushrooms

Spoon the cheese filling into each Portobello mushroom cap, pressing it down slightly to ensure it is packed in.

Topping and Baking

  1. 5

    Prepare the Topping

In a small bowl, mix the bread crumbs, olive oil, and paprika until well combined.

  2. 6

    Top the Mushrooms

Sprinkle the bread crumb mixture evenly over the stuffed mushrooms.

  3. 7

    Bake the Mushrooms

Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the mushrooms are tender.

  4. 8

    Serve

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
