Preparation

    Preheat the Oven

    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Prepare the Spinach

    Wash the fresh spinach thoroughly and chop it coarsely.

    Prepare the Artichokes

    If using canned artichoke hearts, drain and rinse them. If using frozen, thaw and chop them.

    Combine Ingredients

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, softened cream cheese, sour cream, shredded mozzarella, and grated Parmesan cheese.

    Add Seasonings

    Add the minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to the mixture. Stir until well combined.

Baking

    Transfer to Baking Dish

    Spoon the mixture into a baking dish, spreading it evenly.

    Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and golden brown.
