Make the Brown Sugar Simple Syrup
In a small saucepan, combine equal parts brown sugar and water. Heat over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved. Allow to cool before using.

Brew the Decaf Espresso
Brew 1 oz of decaf espresso using your preferred method (espresso machine, stovetop, etc.). Set aside to cool slightly.

Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, add 2 oz of Three Olives Vanilla Vodka, 0.5 oz of Amaro, 1 oz of Coffee Liqueur, 1 oz of the freshly brewed decaf espresso, and 0.5 oz of the brown sugar simple syrup.

Shake Well
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
Serving

Strain and Garnish
Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with 3 coffee beans placed on the surface of the cocktail.
