Prepare the Croutons

Bake the Croutons
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the bread into cubes and place them in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, garlic powder, and salt. Toss to coat evenly. Spread the bread cubes on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown, stirring halfway through.

In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, black pepper, and salt. Whisk until smooth and well combined. Adjust salt to taste.
Assemble the Salad

Combine the Ingredients
In a large salad bowl, chop the Romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Add the homemade croutons and grated Parmesan cheese. Pour the Caesar dressing over the salad and toss to combine until the lettuce is evenly coated.
