Method

Pasta Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

BBQ Shrimp Preparation

  1. 2

    Sauté the Shrimp

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

  2. 3

    Season the Shrimp

Add the shrimp to the skillet, followed by paprika, cayenne pepper, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and black pepper. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.

  3. 4

    Add Green Onions

Stir in the chopped green onions and cook for an additional minute. Remove from the heat and set aside.

Cream Sauce Preparation

  1. 5

    Make the Cream Sauce

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Gradually whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Stir in chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Combine and Serve

  1. 6

    Mix Everything Together

In a large bowl, combine the cooked fettuccine pasta with the BBQ shrimp mixture and cream sauce. Toss gently to combine.

  2. 7

    Serve

Serve immediately, garnished with additional parsley and green onions if desired.
