Pasta Preparation

Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
BBQ Shrimp Preparation

Sauté the Shrimp
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Season the Shrimp
Add the shrimp to the skillet, followed by paprika, cayenne pepper, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and black pepper. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.

Add Green Onions
Stir in the chopped green onions and cook for an additional minute. Remove from the heat and set aside.
Cream Sauce Preparation

Make the Cream Sauce
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Gradually whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Stir in chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Combine and Serve

Mix Everything Together
In a large bowl, combine the cooked fettuccine pasta with the BBQ shrimp mixture and cream sauce. Toss gently to combine.

Serve immediately, garnished with additional parsley and green onions if desired.
