Rib Trio Ingredients

Method

Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ribs

Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C). Season the boneless pork ribs with salt and black pepper. Place them in the smoker and smoke for about 2-3 hours, basting with BBQ sauce every 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Cook the Sticky Ribs

While the pork ribs are smoking, prepare the sticky ribs by coating them with sticky rib marinade. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes. Grill the sticky ribs over medium-high heat for about 10-15 minutes on each side until caramelized and cooked through.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Baby-Back Ribs

Season the baby-back ribs with salt and black pepper. Wrap them in foil and cook in the oven at 300°F (150°C) for 2-2.5 hours. Unwrap the ribs, brush with BBQ sauce, and broil for 5-10 minutes until charred.

  4. 4

    Cook the French Fries

While the ribs are cooking, prepare the French fries by either frying or baking according to package instructions. Season with salt to taste.

  5. 5

    Serve

Once all the ribs are cooked, arrange them on a platter and serve alongside the French fries. Enjoy your Rib Trio!
