Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Rib Eye Steak

Season the rib eye steak with salt and pepper. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

  2. 2

    Cook the Baby Back Ribs

Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C). Rub the ribs with your favorite BBQ seasoning and cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 2.5-3 hours until tender. Brush with BBQ sauce and grill for an additional 5-10 minutes to caramelize the sauce.

  3. 3

    Fry the Shrimp

Heat oil in a deep fryer or large skillet to 350°F (175°C). Dredge the shrimp in seasoned flour, then dip in beaten egg, and coat with breadcrumbs. Fry shrimp in batches for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.

  4. 4

    Prepare French Fries

Cook French fries according to package instructions or make fresh fries by cutting potatoes into strips, soaking in water, drying, and frying until golden and crispy.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Platter

On a large serving platter, arrange the sliced rib eye steak, BBQ baby back ribs, crispy shrimp, and a generous serving of French fries. Serve with extra BBQ sauce and lemon wedges on the side.
