Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ribs

Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C). Rub the baby-back ribs with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Place them on a baking sheet lined with foil and cover with more foil. Bake for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender. Brush with BBQ sauce during the last 30 minutes of baking.

  2. 2

    Cook the Rib Eye

Season the rib eye steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a little olive oil. Sear the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until your desired doneness is reached. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

  3. 3

    Fry the Shrimp

In a bowl, combine the shrimp with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Dip each shrimp into the beaten egg and then coat with breadcrumbs. In a deep pan, heat oil over medium heat. Fry the shrimp until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes on each side. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  4. 4

    Cook the French Fries

Prepare french fries according to package instructions (baking or frying). Season with salt to taste once cooked.

  5. 5

    Plate the Combo

On a large plate, arrange the sliced rib eye steak, half-rack of BBQ ribs, crispy shrimp, and a side of seasoned french fries. Serve with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
