Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ribeye Steak

Season the ribeye steak with salt and pepper on both sides. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. 2

    Cook the Ribeye Steak

Cook the ribeye for about 4-6 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Remove from heat and let it rest.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Baby-Back Ribs

Rub the baby-back ribs with your favorite barbecue sauce and seasonings.

  4. 4

    Cook the Ribs

Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C). Wrap the ribs in foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender. Then grill for a few minutes to caramelize the sauce.

  5. 5

    Prepare the Crispy Shrimp

Dredge the shrimp in seasoned flour, dip in egg wash, then coat with breadcrumbs.

  6. 6

    Fry the Shrimp

Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.

  7. 7

    Prepare the Fries

Cook the French fries according to package instructions until crispy.

  8. 8

    Serve

Plate the ribeye steak, half-rack of ribs, crispy shrimp, and a side of fries. Serve with extra barbecue sauce on the side.
