Crab Stuffed Shrimp

Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Crab Stuffing

In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, cream cheese, green onions, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, and breadcrumbs. Mix until well combined.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Shrimp

Peel and devein the jumbo shrimp, leaving the tails on. Make a slit down the back of each shrimp and carefully stuff each with the crab mixture.

  3. 3

    Cook the Shrimp

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the stuffed shrimp on a baking sheet. Melt butter and brush over the shrimp. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until shrimp are cooked through and stuffing is golden.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Steak

Season the New York Strip or Rib Eye steak with salt and pepper to taste. Grill or pan-sear the steak to your desired doneness (about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare).

  5. 5

    Prepare the Baked Potato

Wash and pierce the potato with a fork. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for about 45-60 minutes until tender. Serve with butter and salt.

  6. 6

    Serve

On a plate, serve three crab stuffed shrimp alongside the cooked steak and a baked potato.
