Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Shrimp

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Carefully peel and devein the jumbo shrimp, leaving the tails intact. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Filling

In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, seasoned bread crumbs, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until combined.

  3. 3

    Stuff the Shrimp

Gently stuff each shrimp with the crab mixture, ensuring they are well filled but not overflowing.

  4. 4

    Make Garlic Butter

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  5. 5

    Bake the Shrimp

Place the stuffed shrimp on a baking sheet. Drizzle the garlic butter over the stuffed shrimp. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.

  6. 6

Prepare the Zucchini and Rice Pilaf

While the shrimp are baking, cook the rice according to package instructions. Slice the zucchini and sauté it in a pan with a little olive oil until tender.

  7. 7

    Serve

Once the shrimp are done, serve them hot alongside the rice pilaf and sautéed zucchini.
