Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder on both sides.
- 2
Grill the Chicken
Place the chicken breasts on the grill. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- 3
Glaze with Sauce
During the last few minutes of grilling, brush the chicken breasts generously with hickory bourbon sauce. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to caramelize the sauce.
- 4
Prepare the Sides
While the chicken is grilling, prepare the mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli according to your preferred methods.
- 5
Serve
Once the chicken is cooked and the sides are ready, plate the chicken alongside the mashed potatoes and broccoli. Drizzle any remaining hickory bourbon sauce over the chicken and serve hot.
