Cheesecake Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Cheesecake
Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and mix until well combined. Add vanilla extract and mix. Add eggs one at a time, mixing until just incorporated. Gently fold in the dulce de leche until you achieve a marbled effect.
- 2
Bake the Cheesecake
Pour the cheesecake batter into a greased 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set but slightly jiggly. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for an additional hour. Remove from the oven and cool to room temperature before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight.
