Cooking Instructions
1. Prepare the Ribs
Rub the boneless pork ribs with olive oil, then season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
2. Smoke the Ribs
Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C). Place the seasoned ribs in the smoker and smoke for about 3 hours, basting with BBQ sauce every hour.
3. Cook the French Fries
While the ribs are smoking, prepare the french fries according to package instructions until crispy.
4. Toast the Texas Bread
In the last 10 minutes of smoking the ribs, toast the Texas bread slices on the grill or in a toaster.
5. Serve
Once the ribs are cooked through and juicy, remove them from the smoker. Serve hot with crispy french fries and golden Texas toast on the side.
