Making the Brownies and Sundae
- 1
Prepare the Brownies
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- 2
In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- 3
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- 4
In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Gradually add to the butter mixture, stirring until just combined.
- 5
Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- 6
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- 7
Assemble the Sundae
Once the brownies are cool, cut them into squares.
- 8
In a serving bowl, layer a square of brownie, followed by a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream.
- 9
Drizzle generously with caramel and chocolate sauces.
- 10
Top with whipped cream and add chocolate shavings or nuts if desired.

Serve immediately and enjoy your Chocolate Brownie Sundae Explosion!
