Preparation Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare the Brussels Sprouts

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the Brussels sprouts, trim the ends, and cut them in half.

  2. 2

    Season and Roast

In a bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Spread them out on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and tender.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Balsamic Drizzle

In a small saucepan, heat the balsamic vinegar over medium heat. Allow it to simmer for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened and syrupy.

  4. 4

    Make the Honey Mustard Dip

In a small bowl, combine the honey and Dijon mustard. Mix well to combine.

  5. 5

    Serve

Once the Brussels sprouts are roasted, remove them from the oven and drizzle the balsamic reduction over the top. Serve warm with the honey mustard dip on the side.
