Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken

Cut the boneless chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Breading Process

Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with a whisked egg and milk mixture, and one with bread crumbs. Dip each chicken piece in flour, then in the egg mixture, and finally coat with bread crumbs.

  3. 3

    Fry the Wings

Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C). Fry the breaded chicken pieces in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Sauces

In a small saucepan, melt the butter and add the minced garlic. Cook until fragrant, then add honey, Parmesan cheese, and your choice of sauce (Buffalo, hickory bourbon, etc.). Stir until well mixed.

  5. 5

    Toss the Wings

In a large bowl, add the fried wings and pour the sauce of your choice over them. Toss until evenly coated.
