Meatloaf Preparation

    Preheat the Oven

    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Combine Ingredients

    In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, chopped onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

    Shape and Bake

    Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf. Spread ketchup on top. Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).

Three Cheese Gratin Potato Preparation

    Layer Potatoes

    In a greased baking dish, layer half of the sliced potatoes at the bottom.

    Add Cream and Cheese

    Pour half of the heavy cream over the potatoes, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Top with a mix of cheddar and gruyere cheese.

    Repeat Layers

    Repeat with the remaining potatoes, cream, and cheese. Finish with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese on top.

    Bake

    Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Vegetable Preparation

    Prepare Vegetables

    In a bowl, toss mixed seasonal vegetables with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

    Roast Vegetables

    Spread the vegetables on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes until tender.

Mushroom Gravy Preparation

    Sauté Mushrooms

    In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add sliced mushrooms and sauté until golden brown.

    Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes until lightly browned.

    Gradually whisk in beef broth and soy sauce. Bring to a simmer and cook until thickened, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
