Roasted Garlic Soy Dressing

Method

Prepare Sushi Rice

    Cook the Rice

    Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Combine rice and water in a rice cooker and cook according to the manufacturer's instructions.

    Season the Rice

    Once the rice is cooked, transfer it to a large bowl. In a separate bowl, mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt until dissolved. Pour the mixture over the warm rice and gently fold to combine. Let it cool to room temperature.

Prepare Toppings

    Prepare Ahi and Hamachi

    Dice the ahi tuna and hamachi into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.

    Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and dice the flesh. Set aside.

Make Roasted Garlic Soy Dressing

Assemble the Poke Bowl
