Method

Prepare the Crust

  1. 1

    Make Oreo Pecan Crust

Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter and chopped pecans. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie pan to form the crust. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes, then let cool.

Make the Fudge Layer

  1. 2

    Prepare Kahlua Fudge

In a saucepan over low heat, combine Kahlua, semi-sweet chocolate chips, and heavy cream. Stir until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Assemble the Pie

  1. 3

Layer the Ice Cream and Fudge

Spread the cookies and cream ice cream over the cooled crust, followed by half of the Kahlua fudge layer. Then add the Kona coffee ice cream, topping it with the remaining fudge. Smooth the top and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.

Serve

  1. 4

    Final Touch

Once fully set, slice the mud pie and serve chilled. Enjoy your Waikiki Mud Pie!
