Cooking Instructions
- 1
For Scrambled Eggs
Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them with a fork until well mixed. In a non-stick skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Pour in the eggs and stir gently with a spatula until they begin to set. Season with salt and pepper and continue cooking until fully set but still creamy.

For Fried Eggs
In a non-stick skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Crack the eggs directly into the skillet. For sunny-side up, cook until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny. For over-easy, gently flip the eggs and cook for an additional 30 seconds. Season with salt and pepper.

For Poached Eggs
Bring a small pot of water to a gentle simmer and add a splash of vinegar. Crack an egg into a small bowl. Stir the water to create a whirlpool and gently slide the egg into the center. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the whites are set and the yolk is still soft. Remove with a slotted spoon and season with salt and pepper.
