Method

Cooking Gnocchi

1

Prepare Gnocchi

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the Onda Pasta Gnocchi according to package instructions until they float to the top. Drain and set aside.

Making Alfredo Sauce

2

Prepare Alfredo Sauce

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Fontina and Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cooking Shrimp

3

Sauté Shrimp

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook until they are pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.

Making Mushroom Relish

4

Prepare Mushroom Relish

In the same skillet, add more olive oil if needed, then sauté the diced portabella mushrooms and shallots until tender. Add thyme and balsamic vinegar, cooking until the liquid has evaporated.

Combining Ingredients

5

Combine Everything

In a large bowl, combine the cooked gnocchi, Alfredo sauce, sautéed shrimp, and mushroom relish. Toss gently to combine.

Serving

6

Finish and Serve

Drizzle truffle oil over the dish, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve immediately.
