Croutons Preparation

Make the Croutons
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the French bread into cubes. In a bowl, toss the bread cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.

Prepare the Salad
Wash and chop the Romaine lettuce. Slice the breakfast radishes and local tomatoes. Set aside in a large salad bowl.
Dressing Preparation

Make the Dressing
In a blender, combine anchovy fillets, garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and olive oil. Blend until smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Assembly

Combine and Serve
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine. Add the croutons and Parmesan cheese on top. Serve immediately.
