    Prepare the Ahi

    Cut the Big Eye 'Ahi Tuna into small cubes, approximately 1/2 inch in size. Place in a mixing bowl.

    Chop the Vegetables

    Finely chop the Maui Onion and add it to the bowl with the tuna. Chop the Green Onion and set aside.

    Add Seasonings

    Add the Inamona, chopped Fresh Chili (to your desired spice level), Ogo, and Hawaiian Salt to the bowl. Mix gently to combine all ingredients.

    Garnish with the chopped Green Onion. Taste and adjust the salt or spice levels as needed.
