Prepare the Seafood
In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the clams and mussels, cover, and cook for about 5 minutes until they start to open. Add the shrimp and seared white fish to the skillet and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, until the shrimp are pink and the fish is cooked through. Remove the seafood and set aside.

Make the Garlic Cream Sauce
In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and the minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Combine Everything
Add the cooked pasta and seafood back into the skillet with the garlic cream sauce. Toss everything together until well coated. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
