Fish Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. 2

    Prepare the Fish

Season the fish fillets with salt and black pepper.

  3. 3

    Coat the Fish

Dredge each fish fillet in flour, shaking off the excess. Dip in the beaten eggs, then coat with a mixture of macadamia nuts and panko breadcrumbs.

  4. 4

    Cook the Fish

In a large oven-proof skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the coated fish fillets and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
