Meats

French Toast

Method

Cooking the Meats

  1. 1

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet, cook the Applewood smoked bacon over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Drain on paper towels.

  2. 2

    Cook the Sausages

In the same skillet, add the chicken and pork sausages. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes. Slice and set aside.

Preparing the Frittata

  1. 3

    Whisk the Eggs

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, egg whites, milk, and cheese. Stir in the mixed vegetables.

  2. 4

    Cook the Frittata

Pour the egg mixture into a greased oven-safe skillet. Cook on the stove over medium heat for about 5 minutes, then transfer to a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes or until set.

Making French Toast

  1. 5

    Prepare the French Toast Mixture

In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Slice sweetbread into thick slices.

  2. 6

    Cook the French Toast

Dip each slice of sweetbread into the egg mixture, then cook on a greased skillet over medium heat until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side. Serve with maple syrup.

Cooking Hash Browns

  1. 7

    Cook the Hash Browns

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add frozen hash browns, season with salt and pepper, and cook until crispy and golden brown, about 8-10 minutes.
