Prepare the Opah

Prepare the Gnocchi

Cook the Gnocchi
In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add potato gnocchi and sauté until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and chopped basil, mixing until combined and cheese is melted.
Prepare the Carrots

Roast the Carrots
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss sliced Maui heirloom carrots with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes until tender and caramelized.
Prepare the Preserved Lemon Butter

Make the Lemon Butter
In a small saucepan, melt the stick of butter over low heat. Stir in the finely chopped preserved lemons and fresh parsley, mixing well. Keep warm.
