Preparing the Steak

Marinate the Steak
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, minced ginger, sesame oil, and black pepper. Add the Kalbi ribeye steaks and let it marinate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.

Making the Spicy Cherry Tomato Sambal

Prepare the Sambal
In a bowl, combine halved cherry tomatoes, chopped red chili, minced garlic, lime juice, chopped cilantro, and salt. Mix well and set aside to let flavors meld.
Cooking the Fried Rice

Cook the Bacon
In a large skillet, cook chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.

Fry the Rice
In the same skillet, add cooked rice and toss to combine with bacon drippings. Add sweet peas and continue to stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes.

Serve
Serve the fried rice topped with crispy bacon and garnish with chopped green onions.
