Chorizo Garlic Long Beans

Method

Steak Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ribeye

Rub the ribeye steak with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Let it rest at room temperature for about 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Grill the Steak

Preheat the grill to high heat. Place the ribeye steak on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached.

Tomato Sambal Preparation

  1. 3

    Make the Sambal

In a bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, minced garlic, red chili flakes, lime juice, and salt. Mix well and let it sit to meld flavors.

Chorizo Garlic Long Beans Preparation

  1. 4

    Cook the Beans

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced chorizo and cook until browned. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.

  2. 5

    Add Long Beans

Add the long green beans to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes or until the beans are tender-crisp.

Serving

  1. 6

    Plate the Dish

Serve the grilled ribeye steak topped with tomato sambal alongside the chorizo garlic long beans.
