Wasabi Butter Sauce

Prepare Scallops

    Marinate Scallops

    In a bowl, mix miso paste, soy sauce, honey, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Add the scallops and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

    Sear Scallops

    Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated scallops and sear for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.

Make Wasabi Butter Sauce

    Prepare Sauce

    In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Stir in the wasabi paste, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.

Serve

    Plate the Dish

    Place the seared scallops on a serving plate and drizzle with the wasabi butter sauce. Serve immediately.
