Cooking the Eggs

    Prepare the Eggs

    Crack the eggs into a bowl, add salt and pepper, and whisk until combined. Prepare according to your preferred style (scrambled, fried, poached, etc.).

    Cook the Eggs

    Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little oil or butter. Pour in the eggs and cook until done to your liking.

Cooking the Meat

    Cook the Meat

    In the same skillet, add your choice of bacon, Portuguese sausage, Spam, or mango chicken sausage. Cook until crispy or browned, about 4-5 minutes. If using smoked salmon, set aside to serve cold.

Preparing Sides

    Prepare the Potatoes or Rice

    If using country potatoes, dice and sauté in a separate pan with a little oil until golden brown. For steamed rice, prepare according to package instructions.

    Toast the Bread

    Toast the white or wheat bread slices until golden brown.

Serving

    Plate the Breakfast

    On a plate, serve the cooked eggs, choice of meat, country potatoes or steamed rice, and toasted bread. If using smoked salmon, serve it on the side.
