Main Ingredients

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Marinate the Tuna

In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, lemon juice, ginger, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Add the Bigeye Tuna steak to the marinade, making sure it's well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Cook the Tuna

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Remove the tuna from the marinade and place it on the grill. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until it reaches your desired doneness.

  3. 3

    Garnish and Serve

Once cooked, remove the tuna from the heat and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Slice the tuna and arrange it on a plate. Drizzle with any remaining marinade, then sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
