Method

Prepare the Crust

  1. 1

    Process the Nuts

In a food processor, pulse the macadamia nuts until finely chopped, but not a paste.

  2. 2

    Mix the Crust Ingredients

In a bowl, combine the processed macadamia nuts, breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper.

Prepare the Fish

  1. 3

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. 4

    Season the Fish

Rub the fish fillets with olive oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. 5

    Add the Crust

Press the macadamia nut crust mixture onto the top of each fish fillet.

Bake the Fish

  1. 6

    Bake

Place the crusted fish fillets on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.

Prepare the Lobster Butter Sauce

  1. 7

    Make the Sauce

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.

  2. 8

    Add Cream and Lobster

Stir in the heavy cream and lobster meat. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, then season with salt, pepper, and fresh chives.

Serve

  1. 9

    Plate the Dish

Place the baked macadamia nut crusted fish on a plate and drizzle generously with the lobster butter sauce. Enjoy!
