Preparing the Fish

    Preheat the Oven

    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Prepare the Fish

    Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper. Dip each fillet in the beaten egg, then coat with a mixture of chopped macadamia nuts and panko breadcrumbs.

    Bake the Fish

    Place the crusted fish on a greased baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.

Making the Lobster Sauce

    Melt the Butter

    In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

    Add Lobster and Cream

    Stir in the chopped lobster meat and heavy cream. Cook for 3-5 minutes until heated through.
