Method

Cooking the Pasta

    Boil the Pasta

    In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Making the Truffle Cheese Sauce

    Prepare the Cheese Sauce

    In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in the flour and cook for about 1 minute. Gradually whisk in the milk and heavy cream, cooking until thickened. Stir in the truffle oil and cheeses until melted. Season with salt and black pepper.

Making the Uni Butter

    Prepare the Uni Butter

    In a small saucepan, melt the butter. Stir in the uni and lemon juice. Season with salt to taste and set aside.

Making the Citrus Panko

    Prepare the Citrus Panko

    In a mixing bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs, lemon zest, orange zest, olive oil, and salt. Mix well until the breadcrumbs are evenly coated.

Combining Ingredients

    Combine Pasta, Sauce, and Lobster

    In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, truffle cheese sauce, and lobster meat. Mix gently until combined.

    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with the citrus panko and drizzle with uni butter. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown on top.
