    Prepare the Seafood

    Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil. Add the King Crab legs and cook for about 5-7 minutes until heated through. Remove and set aside.

    Cook the Prawns

    In a separate pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the Kauai prawns and cook for about 2-3 minutes until they turn pink. Remove and drain.

    Prepare the Oysters

    Shuck the Goose Point oysters and place them on a bed of crushed ice.

Sauce Preparation

    Prepare the Dipping Sauces

    In a small bowl, combine the wasabi with the cocktail sauce. In another bowl, mix the drawn butter with calamansi juice and soy sauce for a flavorful dip.

Serving

    Plate the Dish

    Arrange the King Crab legs, Kauai prawns, and Goose Point oysters on a large serving platter. Serve with the wasabi cocktail sauce and drawn butter on the side.
