Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Bok Choy

Rinse the bok choy under cold water and chop it into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Fish

In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Add the Hawaiian whitefish fillets and marinate for at least 15 minutes.

  3. 3

Steam the Fish and Bok Choy

Set up a steamer over simmering water. Place the marinated fish fillets in the steamer basket and spread the bok choy around the fish. Cover and steam for about 8-10 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  4. 4

    Add Jade Pesto

Remove the fish and bok choy from the steamer. Drizzle the jade pesto over the fish and serve immediately.
